Many who faithfully store up their recyclables in anticipation of a successful contribution to a greener environment are denied that hope because of those who use the bins as rubbish collection sites. To that extent, we ask that you sort your recyclables accurately as to ensure the materials will be recycled. The recycling and green community coordinator is responsible for communicating with local municipalities in orchestrating recycling events and hazardous waste disposal days. The Office of Recycling and Green Community is charged with managing waste reduction, recycling, and hazardous waste disposal in Monroe County. If you try to visit with a trailer without the correct booking, you will be turned away.Welcome to the Office of Recycling and Green Community Programs Trailers must be less than 6’ bed length, single axle and unbraked. These appointments are available at four sites: Lower House Farm in North Warwickshire, Cherry Orchard in Kenilworth and Burton Farm in Stratford, seven days a week and Hunters Lane in Rugby on Wednesdays only.
There are a limited number of spaces for a visit with a car and small trailer. If you try to visit with a trailer, even if you have an appointment for a car, you will be turned away. You can now book appointments to visit this recycling centre which will be open on Saturdays and Sundays only.
